Rembrandt lighting
Rembrandt lighting which was created by a dutch painter. Rembrandt lighting is a style of photography for creating portraits. This technique includes the face and to have one side of the face fully illuminated the other half having a small triangle of light on the opposite side that is no taller than the nose and no longer than the eye. also the person should be looking towards the light to capture the light within their eyes. The one light projected should be 45 degrees away from the camera an roughly 2 feet above their eyes. This style of lighting is one of the most basic styles and also brings a dramatic affect.
